Independent songwriters and performers Brett Coker and Hugh Cline compose incredibly touching, uplifting and comical songs that have earned acclaim around the world.

Their hit song "Everybody Loves a Cowboy," topped the European Country Music Charts at #1, garnering a European CMA Song of the Year nomination. Yeehaw!

"It Must Have Been Him" is an ASCAP Songwriter's Expo Featured Song, and "How Do I Begin" received honors at the John Lennon Songwriting Contest. You can hear their "Broken Heart" in the independent film Kiss the Bride (available on iTunes).

Longtime friends, Coker and Cline teamed up as songwriters a few years back. It was clear from the start they were meant to work together. Their distinctly different styles and varied backgrounds blend perfectly, producing a wealth of memorable music. They spend countless hours in the studio cutting demos, and are affiliated with ASCAP, NSAI, ACM, CCMA and other respected industry organizations.

Hugh Cline, an East Coast native, has been performing all over the country since the age of 15. A talented musician, he plays a variety of instruments including Guitar, Mandolin, Banjo and an occasional rain stick. His background harmonies and arranging skills are top notch. He has placed songs in Independent Films, TV Commercials and documentaries.

Brett Coker, born and raised in a small Kansas town, was a music major in College with an emphasis in voice. Although his heart was always in Country music, his classical training took him touring extensively throughout the Mid-West. After moving to Los Angeles, he became a protégé of the Seth Riggs Vocal Technique. He studies under the direction of Florence Riggs, one of the top vocal coaches in the country and, with her urging, has been privately teaching. Although likely to deny it in a crowd, he plays the piano and clarinet and does a bang up job on the sleigh bells.

With their moving melodies and strikingly visual lyrics, Coker and Cline create unforgettable songs that get the whole world singing! These boys should be hard at work writing their Grammy acceptance speeches. It’s high time someone makes that happen!
